Crockpot Chocolate Peanut Clusters

These chocolate peanut clusters are so easy and perfect to make for Valentine's Day!
You just layer, melt, stir and cool, that simple! Just make sure you allow yourself enough time to spoon out the mixture because it makes a large batch of candy. When I make this candy, I usually cut the recipe in half.

Here's what you'll need.

Ingredients

2 pounds salted dry-roasted peanuts

4 ounces German's sweet chocolate

12 ounces semisweet chocolate chips

2 1/2 pounds white almond bark, broken into squares

Instructions

1) Put the peanuts in the bottom of a 4-quart slow cooker. Layer the sweet chocolate on top of the peanuts, followed by the semisweet chocolate chips and then the almond bark. Cover and cook on low for 3 hours. Do not stir the mixture.

2) After 3 hours on low, stir the mixture with a wooden spoon until smooth. Drop the candy into cupcake liners (approximately 2 tablespoons per liner), or as I did this time by dropping spoonfuls onto a parchment lined cookie sheet.

Let cool completely. Store in an airtight container.
