My Week-end Menu Plan -
One of my New Year's Resolutions is to make menu plans and stick with them!
Here is my menu for this week-end...
Friday -
Breakfast - Muffins, orange slices, juices, milk, coffee
Lunch - Bacon wrapped stuffed jalapenos, homemade guacamole, salsa, chicken fajitas with homemade pico de gallo
Dinner - Light eating, oldest daughter has a party to attend, other daughter has to work
Saturday -
Breakfast - Cinnamon Rolls, juices, milk, coffee
Lunch - Grilled Panini Sandwiches - Turkey or Ham, chips
Dinner - Steaks, salad, baked potato, bread, chocolate chip cookies
Sunday -
Breakfast - Scrambled eggs, waffles, bacon, toast, juices, milk, coffee
Lunch - Walnut-crusted Tilapia, rice, salad, fruit
Dinner - Chicken Quadalajaras with hot sauce, charro beans, apple crisp
