My Week-end Menu Plan -



One of my New Year's Resolutions is to make menu plans and stick with them!

Here is my menu for this week-end...

Friday -
Breakfast - Muffins, orange slices, juices, milk, coffee

Lunch - Bacon wrapped stuffed jalapenos, homemade guacamole, salsa, chicken fajitas with homemade pico de gallo

Dinner - Light eating, oldest daughter has a party to attend, other daughter has to work

Saturday -
Breakfast - Cinnamon Rolls, juices, milk, coffee

Lunch - Grilled Panini Sandwiches - Turkey or Ham, chips

Dinner - Steaks, salad, baked potato, bread, chocolate chip cookies

Sunday - 
Breakfast - Scrambled eggs, waffles, bacon, toast, juices, milk, coffee

Lunch - Walnut-crusted Tilapia, rice, salad, fruit

Dinner - Chicken Quadalajaras with hot sauce, charro beans, apple crisp

That is so awesome that you have the menu written out and the ingredients on had to prepare the recipes! Sounds like ya'll enjoy Mexican food alot! The tilapia really sounds delicious! Do you have a recipe for it to share with us?

The great thing about this week-end menu is that I have everything on hand and didn't have to go to the store!
Yes, I will post the Tilapia recipe in a day or so. It is super easy and healthy.
