Making Mock Buttermilk

I am so excited that it's already November and Thanksgiving is just a few weeks away!

I wanted to show you how you can easily make buttermilk if you don't have any on hand.

Making mock buttermilk is so simple.

Here's how:

Add 1.5 Tablespoons (1 1/2) of lemon juice or vinegar to 1 cup milk.

It's that easy!
